ARM MLM hereby grants you a non-exclusive license to use one copy of the Software you order on a single website unless otherwise stated or extra groups/installs have been purchased.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice, and your use of our website thereafter will be governed by that modified version. Therefore, it is advised to check the terms and conditions on the website regularly.

We install the program “as is” – you can find it in our demo section. It is not possible to customize PHP scripts. You can’t do it yourself. But you can order from us for an additional fee. For an additional fee, you can install the script on your site and make sure it works properly.

You don’t need to know anything about PHP and MYSQL programming to install and use our software. However, to use some of our programs, you need the following:

Basic knowledge of FTP and ability to use it.

Basic knowledge of operating server (ability to create a database, import an MYSQL file, and change access rights to files and directories).

ARM MLM working days/hours is Monday to Saturday. All references to business days or working days or business hours exclude ARM MLM business days/hours and federal holidays and/or discretionary holidays observed by ARM MLM. It is the buyer’s responsibility to manage the time zone difference between the buyer and ARM MLM.

For support, use the live chat, and ticket system on our website limited to the original support agreement. Updates to the Software made available by armmlm.com from time to time are available in the download section of the armmlm.com website. armmlm.com provides support and technical assistance for all licensed copies of the Software Product and armmlm.com reserves the right to determine the timing and scope of assistance provided. Additional service charges may apply for non-standard support issues.

We reserve the right to monitor your use of the license. This includes tracking your license and we do not collect any information other than license information such as domain name, location, etc. If any part of this license agreement is violated, we reserve the right to deny your technical support/upgrades and/or pursue legal action and/or terminate your license.

For each license, you currently rent or purchase, you may use this software on only one domain. We reserve the right to terminate your technical support and updates and/or to prosecute and/or deactivate your license if this is breached.

armmlm.com total liability to you or any other party for any claim, demand, or action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the license fee paid to armmlm.com for the use of the project. In no event shall armmlm.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages or lost profits, even if armmlm.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You are not allowed to modify scripts, files, or programs; however, armmlm.com is not responsible for any damages caused by using modified scripts, programs, and files. You may not modify our code for the purpose of resale without armmlm.com prior written consent.

You are permitted to use the Software Products on one website. If you are interested in using our products on more than one platform, more than one client, or more than one domain, please send us an email and we will prepare a license agreement.

After the sale, ARM MLM provides the scripts and license file to the user. The right to resell/redistribute/crack or hacking the encrypted and decrypted files goes to the buyer. Buyer shall not attempt to decode any file, publish code or any portion of files in any media, sell or resell any file and/or portion of file/code, or use in additional domains/sub domains/folders not covered by the license. Infringement of property rights may take legal action against the buyer/user.

Take the time to evaluate the software using our online demo. Before purchasing, please make sure your server software meets the requirements. Refunds cannot be made for reasons related to the user’s ignorance of the functionality, limitations, or restrictions of the software, as we have given every opportunity to evaluate the software prior to purchase. BY PURCHASING OR USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NO REFUNDS FOR ABSOLUTELY ANY REASON, INCLUDING ANY FAILURE TO INSTALL THE PROGRAM. BY PURCHASING OR USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE THAT YOU SHOULD USE DUE DILIGENCE TO ENSURE THAT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WILL WORK ON YOUR WEB SERVER AND MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
